- Call Floor Medic
- Don't use electrical in affected areas
- Wipe excess water from wood furniture
- Place aluminum foil between furniture legs and wet carpeting
- Remove rugs from wet carpeting.
- Move art and valuables to a safe, dry place.
- Gather loose items from floors.
